2. Harvest of Hope
“Send A Little Hope’s” sustainable project, “Donate with purpose.” Your contribution of 20 plants per orphaned family serves as a lifeline. At £10 each, a total of £200 will lift them out of poverty for the rest of their lives.

03. How do we do it
The project focuses on planting three-year-old olive seeds, a symbol of growth, resilience, continuity and prosperity. Between December and March, in the planting season, each family receives 20 olive plants, nurturing a bond with the earth that will last for generations. From the following year, each family will start gathering 3 to 5 kilos of olives from each tree. Every year, this harvest will grow by an extra 3 to 5 kilos until the trees reach 15 years. From the 15th year onwards, each family will enjoy 50 to 75 kilos annually from a single tree. As the trees mature, the harvest grows exponentially, ensuring a stable livelihood for families.
